In the prevailing economic climate, one firm continues to stand out with its incredibly robust transactional banking team. Attracting up to 70% of its work from The City, this practice turns heads nationally for the depth of legal expertise it offers. Additional Paralegal support is required to strengthen the heavy paralegal presence already undertaking a workload of high-quality matters.
You will become very adept at loan agreement construction in order to ensure that essential terms and conditions are being adhered to, on behalf of major financial institution clients. You will also be responsible for drawing up the documents that create security for those loan agreements, after undertaking Companies House searches to see where your clients will rank in priority. You will then be responsible for protecting your clients' positions by ensuring that these securities are properly recorded at Companies House.
It's also a client-facing position and you'll be in attendance at meetings to complete financial agreements. For those Paralegals with an interest in deal-based work, you'll be provided with an excellent grounding in the nuances of this fast-paced and interesting legal area.
