Leading Birmingham firm now seeks to strengthen their successful Banking & Finance team with the appointment of an experienced assistant solicitor or associate seeking a fresh challenge.
Our client is a leading mid-sized commercial firm with a UK and international client base.
A major force in the banking and finance market, advising on 272 deals with a total value of £1.8 billion in the last year alone. Appointed to a number of prestigious panels, the firm acts for household name clients including high street banks and other financial institutions and handles broad ranging contentious and non-contentious matters including acquisition finance, asset finance and structured finance, property finance and restructuring work.
You will have the opportunity to explore all aspects of the work undertaken by the team whilst concentrating on areas of your preferred choice. You will be given the opportunity to experience high calibre work in a unique environment in terms of the variety and range of work the team can offer.
The firm seeks an experienced solicitor with at least 2 years pqe to join the team. You'll have immediate access to the firm's impressive client list and scope to progress your career within a friendly and dynamic team.
