The firm's banking team is highly regarded and has specialist lawyers based in both Birmingham and Nottingham. Unique in this respect amongst their Midlands competitors, the team handles the full ambit of banking matters including commercial contracts, acquisition finance, development finance, asset based lending and banking transactions plus offering support to the firm's corporate and property finance departments. Led by a recognised and well-liked partner, the team acts for an impressive list of banking clients from both private and public sector and are panelled with many of the UK's leading high street banks.

They now seek to recruit an ambitious banking lawyer with a minimum of 1 year pqe to join the team. Whether assistant solicitor or associate level, you'll advise and where appropriate, lead on a wide range of banking transactions, including a variety of funding, asset finance and acquisition finance matters, working closely with your clients to deliver exceptional legal advice. You'll be encouraged to play an active role in marketing and client development and subject to your experience, to mentor the more junior members of the team.
