CORPORATE SOLICITOR - THAMES VALLEY
One of the largest and most experienced full service corporate teams in the Thames Valley.
The corporate group is impressive in both size and experience, which explains its frequent involvement in high-value transactions.
Their clients include major banks, multinationals and UK listed companies, SMEs and privately owned companies.
You will work as an assistant solicitor on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (both in the UK and cross border), buy-outs, banking and other funding, joint ventures and public company work.
Previous experience of corporate work is essential, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision and run deals.
2/3 years experience preferred for this post. Strong academics and commercial awareness are prerequisites. Transparent and supportive career plan offered
