The Southern Corporate Team has a vacancy, this is an opportunity for Banking solicitor with at least 6 years recent and relevant experience gain from a city, national or large regional practice. The role is for an associate/Partner to continue and develop the banking practice in the south, comprising Solent and Thames Valley regions. You will be joining 2 other partners and 4 banking lawyers nationally. The successful candidate will also support the banking practice outside this region and utilizes their experience in acquisition and /or project and/ or finance and banking law. You will also undertake general Corporate banking, plus project and property finance, acting for borrowers and lenders. The firm will also be looking for experience in business development, marketing activities and management experience.
