COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER - BERKSHIRE Our client is seeking a Solicitor/Associate with at least 4 years' experience as a general commercial litigator. Candidates must have solid commercial litigation experience and be committed to working in the Thames Valley area. They will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including: Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases IT disputes Banking and finance General contractual and commercial litigation Candidates will have gained technical expertise within well a respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm. They will have worked with clients at a senior level and have a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives. They would like to recruit a candidate who possesses supervisory skills to support and mentor other team members.
