ASSOCIATE/SALARIED PARTNER - CORPORATE - BERKSHIRE
Leading Legal 500 firm are looking to grow the lender practice and expand now require a suitably qualified (6+ pqe) banking Associate/Partner for their Southern Corporate team.
Role
To continue and develop the banking practice in the south, comprising Solent and Thames Valley regions. The successful candidate will also support the banking practice outside this region and utilise their experience in acquisition and/or project and/or finance and banking law. You will also undertake general corporate banking, plus project and property finance. Experience or potential in business development and marketing activities along with management experience or potential is also required. 2 other partners and 4 other full time banking lawyers nationally 1 plus 3 locally, acting for borrowers and lenders.
