This top International firm are looking for a confident and forward thinking Office Manager for a 12 month maternity contract based in their Warsaw office. With offices in London as well as China and Russia and other countries this firm is really flourishing and is one to watch over the coming few years!
The Warsaw office has approximately 200 members of staff including Partners and other fee earners, a small HR department and some administration staff. In this high profile role you will be reporting in to the Managing Partner of the Warsaw office and liaising with other senior members of staff so confidence is key!!
This role comprises about 70% dealing with any facilities issues including looking after spacial management and desk arrangements in the office, liaising with contractors regarding all facilities management issues and preparation of facilities budgets. The remaining 30% of this role is based around HR and you will work alongside the HR Executive to monitor sickness and holiday leave and oversee the recruitment of office, support and facilities staff.
In addition to senior level liaison within the office there is also a significant amount of communication with the London office and you will be the primary contact for both London based HR and Facilities staff. This aspect of the role is a very large element of the position so you must be fluent in both English and Polish to communicate confidently in both languages.
This is a challenging role which holds lots of career progression into other areas of the firm and which will be rewarding and interesting. The successful candidate needs to have the following skills and experience:
People management skills
Knowledge of 'facilities'
Strong IT skills
Experience of project management
Proven numeracy skills
Very good communication and organisational skills
Fluent English and Polish language skills
Ability to work under pressure
Previous Office Management experience within a Corporate London based environment.
