An excellent opportunity has arisen for bright Structured Finance Lawyers with around 3-5 years of pqe at this worldwide group of independent financial service providers, comprised of international banks, trust and fund services companies in their Amsterdam office.

To be considered, you will;

· have experience from the capital markets area, and specifically in securitisation transactions, from working with a recognised city / large regional practice

· have the ability to identify and progress business development opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships at all levels

· fluency in German would be of a great advantage

· have excellent academics
