Our in-house Asset Management client urgently require a Junior Counsel to assist the General Counsel in all aspects of legal advice. They need someone who is fluent in English and you will be involved in negotiating and drafting agreements and documents, offering and sale of funds of private equity funds. Answering questions from clients and assuming some corporate secretarial duties including the management of confidentiality requirements and the maintenance of corporate files.
The ideal candidate has a legal degree and a minimum of two years of professional experience in either a law firm or as in-house counsel. Your affinity to and understanding of the financial industry combined with your ability to operate in an international environment put you in an excellent position for this role.
