This dynamic niche commercial law firm has a portfolio of big names in the finance industry. Working closely with an experienced partner, your role will encompass advising well known financiers on transactional funding, funding proposals, drafting facility and security documentation concerning pre-insolvency situations. The pace is fast and the work is of "city" quality requiring high technical standards and commercial acumen. You will ideally be a newly or recently qualified solicitor or have up to three years experience in banking or property finance related law. Support will be given and the role could also suit someone looking for flexible hours. In return, the firm offers an extremely friendly and close knit environment as well as genuine career prospects.
