Commercial Shipping/Energy Lawyers required for West London firm
Our client is a successful and highly-regarded law firm focused on the shipping and energy sectors. Our client acts for an extensive client base, which includes global energy operators, major offshore construction companies, contractors, suppliers, ship owners, shipyards, financiers and insurers. Due to the success of our client's practice and the high levels of activity within the markets in which they operate, our client is expanding its non-contentious group
Two lawyers, one with some experience of drilling, production and/or offshore procurement to specialise in projects for the offshore oil and gas industry and the other to help develop a growing commercial shipping practice with particular emphasis on newbuilding, sale and purchase and LNG projects and ship finance.
Applicants for either role must be confident self-starters, with a good academic background, an international outlook and strong analytical and creative skills. You are comfortable working in a relaxed and open team environment where you will be encouraged to develop strong working relationships with clients and be responsive to their business needs.
