In-House Commercial Solicitor
Hertfordshire - 20 Minutes from N London

Commercial Contracts Solicitor /Intellectual Property / Information Technology

A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a qualified solicitor to join the in-house legal team within an outstanding global organisation.

We are interested in hearing from qualified solicitors at all levels with either previous in-house or private practice experience.

The core aspects of this role will involve: drafting and negotiating a broad range of high value commercial contracts including software licenses, supply and collaboration confidentiality agreements.

You will also become involved with elements of Intellectual Property, Technology law and more general company commercial and corporate law matters.

The role will involve a certain amount of European travel; therefore skills in an additional European language would also be a definite advantage but is not an essential requirement.
