Commercial Contracts Solicitor /Intellectual Property / Information Technology
Fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to join the In-House Legal team of a successful global organisation. We are interested to hear from qualified Solicitors of all levels, who either have previous in-house experience or from a highly regarded private practice. The role will involve a certain amount of European travel, therefore additional European language skills would be an advantage however is not essential.
The core aspect of this role will involve, drafting and negotiation a broad range of high value commercial contracts including software licences, supply, collaboration confidentiality agreements. The successful individual will also be involved in elements of Intellectual Property, Technology law and more general Company Commercial and Corporate law matters.
