This major regional firm now need a further Solicitor, c 1-2pqe, who will add value to one of their teams that specalise in acting for clients in the aviation industry. He/she will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating aircraft sale and purchase agreements, technology related issues including software and on-line trading, related Intellectual Property Rights issues especially trade marks and copyrights; trading arrangements such as partnership agreement, joint ventures between public and private sector organisations, agency and distribution agreements; reviewing the associated financial documents, drafting, reviewing and negotiating aircraft and engine leases and acting for parts companies on the drafting and negotiation of agreements relating to component supply. These will include exchange, leases and "Power by the Hour" agreements.
You also will be acting for aviation clients on the procurement and outsourcing of a variety of services including catering, marketing and the supply of various goods and services. They are interested in talking to commercially aware lawyers with excellent client care skills and at least 1-2 year's commercial law experience acting for clients in the aviation sector.
