CONSTRUCTION LAW Specialist - In-House Counsel (Barrister / Solicitor) - Lancashire
This is a permanent opportunity for a Construction Law Specialist / Commercial Contracts to work for a major defence company based in Lancashire. The main purpose of the role will be to provide specialist legal support in regards to construction and infrastructure projects.
The role will involve you being the leading Legal specialist on a number of projects, managing and instructing on all external legal resource, drafting and negotiating on a broad range of legal agreements and other commercial documentation, and providing legal advice on all construction, property and general commercial matters.
The role will require you to have extensive experience and knowledge of construction law, and experience of handling a broad range of construction related contractual matters.
