Exciting new opportunity for an Associate/Junior Partner to join this established International pracitce.
The team comprises 3 partners, 1 senior consultant, 4 assistants and a trainee and they are currently looking for individuals who are conversant in dealing with a broad range of contractual shipping disputes arising out of charterparty, bills of lading, memorandum of agreement, shipbuilding disputes and marine insurance. Previous experience of dealing with collision, oil pollution and salvage would be a bonus. A sea-going background would also be very attractive.
