Shipping Litigation Solicitor-Associate-City-London Our client is a highly respected major city law firm with an interesting niche vacancy for a Shipping Litigation Solicitor. The individual will need to have at least five years recent relevant experience of dealing with various contractual shipping disputes arising out of charter parties, bills of lading, memorandum of agreement, shipbuilding disputes and marine insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with collision, oil pollution and salvage and perhaps have a sea going background. You will need to have strong contacts within the industry.
