Job Description

Our client, a top tier regional private practice, requires a solicitor with previous banking experience to join its growing Banking Division. The role will entail advising a range of financial institutions on diverse matters such as: leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset based lending, re-financings and general corporate banking. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as required assist members of the team on complex matters.

This position is likely to suit a solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE who can expect a salary in the range of £45,000 to £55,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
