Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national firm on an interim basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is situated in an extremely busy team that work on behalf of a major high street lender carrying out debt recovery work for secured and defended unsecured matters which includes mortgage repossession work. The role involves a high volume of telephone calls with both debtors and clients.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. Solid experience of the whole litigation process, excellent organisational and time management skills and needless to say strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing technical guidance to a small team. There will also be reporting requirements so excel proficiency is a must
