Leading West Midlands private legal practice requires a qualified solicitor to undertake debt recovery matters on behalf of large financial clients recovering outstanding debt both secured and unsecured. The post will be for a fixed term period of 9 to 12 months. Successful applicants will have full working experience of the litigation process and court procedures, excellent client care skills and the ability to multi task a busy caseload.
