We are currently seeking an experienced Legal / Paralegal Team Leader for a Manchester City Centre firm.

Our client is well respected Legal 500 firm working with an impressive portfolio of international commercial and corporate clients.

Due to continued and planned expansion they are looking to appoint a Team Leader within their Dedicated Commercial Finance Team

Reporting directly to the Head of Department you will be responsible for the day to day management of a small team of Paralegals.

Your day to day responsibilities will include allocation of work, monitoring performance, improving systems and procedures and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and relationship building skills. Experience as a team leader or assistant team leader within the Legal or Financial industry is essential.
