Collections Advisor

£16,000-£17,000 Monday-Friday

Manchester City Centre



My Client is one of the most successful and respected law firms with a national network of offices. Employing over 2100 people throughout the UK and Europe my client is passionate about the Law and providing its clients with the very best legal advice and guidance.

Due to continued success an excellent an excellent opportunity has arisen for a collections advisor to join the Manchester Office.



Working within a team of 8 your duties will include but not be limited to:

· Contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment PLANS

· Liaising with other departments

· Responding to correspondence from customers via email, letter and telephone

· Resolving issues relating to customer accounts

· Working to strict collections targets

· Updating the in-house database

· Completing general administrative duties





To apply for this position you will have:

· Previous work experience within a collections environment

· A professional telephone manner

· A stable work history

· Good IT Skills coupled with excellent levels of customer care



In addition you will be confident, self motivated, a good communicator and target driven.
