Our client, a top ratedWest Endfirm, both Chambers and Legal 100 rated, are currently looking for a Finance / Real Estate Finance solicitor to join the firm on a 6 month fixed term contract, with a view to this being extended further. The role is to suit a candidate looking for a part time position, offering 3/4 days per week, and it will be to start in July 2012.
The successful candidate will sit comfortably within the banking and finance team where a significant proportion of the work is property finance focussed. The client list includes both lenders and borrowers, and the team offers a full service including property investment and development, refinancings, corporate banking, support of the corporate and private client department, and advice on security and guarantees.
They are actively looking for a solicitor with 8-9 years PQE in this area to join them on a part time fixed term contract for 6 months from July 2012, with a view to this getting extended. An excellent academic and career history are both required.
