Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a budding litigator to work closely with a leading yacht specialist, having been practising in this specialist field for over a decade. You will have the opportunity to work with yacht insurers and Lloyd's Syndicates, yacht owners, boat builders, marine surveyors and project managers. Matters in complex yacht insurance coverage disputes, salvage claims, arrests and other marine-related litigation of a multi-jurisdictional nature, including complex personal liability claims, product liability claims and professional negligence.
