Criminal Health & Safety Regulatory Solicitor London
Due to increasing work a role has arisen for a solicitor to handle criminal regulatory matters primarily focusing on breaches of health and safety legislation. You will be joining an established and successful team who have an outstanding reputation in this field which has resulted in their steady growth in recent years.
You will be at least 2 years qualified and should have experience of dealing with health and safety cases, defending clients accused of matters such as corporate manslaughter and other breaches of the legislation. The firm are open to considering candidates with significantly more post qualification experience.
The firm represent clients on behalf of major insurers so experience of acting on defendant matters would be preferable as would experience of criminal cases.
As you would expect from a firm of this stature a good academic track record is required including a 2.1 or 1st at degree level.
