My client a National Law Firm are currently recruiting for a talented Court of Protection Associate Solicitor to work in there London office.
The Court of Protection is the judicial body in England and Wales responsible for managing the affairs, assets and estates of anyone who does not have capacity to manage their own finances. Our Court of Protection team deal with the full range of services including deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and Wills. We are able to combine our legal expertise with financial management and planning, investments, tax returns and accounting services.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills within an established and innovative national law firm and department. You will be leading a technically excellent team, working within a fast-paced national department on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded managerial and client service skills. You must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional.
If you are an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor we would like to hear from you. You must have good IT skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
