ASSOCIATE - PROJECT FINANCE

Exciting new opportunity for an Associate level Lawyer in Project Finance within a leading City firm.  This is a full client facing role and will involve being at the heart of the deals and projects.

Your experience should cover acting for lenders and/or borrowers, involving project finance, pre-export finance and infrastructure finance transactions.  The work will involve worldwide international projects including energy projects, drafting and amending loan, security and related agreements.
