Corporate Solicitor 2+, Birmingham, ref: WM2 622

  

This successful firm has steadily secured it's position and is keen to recruit an enthusiastic Lawyer into their Corporate team. You will be handling general corporate acquisitions and disposal work along with some equity work and corporate restructuring. Their network of clients is broad offering a diverse range of work and also the ability to lead on some cases and, work as part of a team on others.

  

You should possess great verbal and written skills and be a strong negotiator and alive to the commercial practicalities. With at least 2 years' experience gained within a L500 commercial practice you should have experience of corporate transactions and some experience of business development. Working closely with the partners you will enjoy excellent support and on-going development.
