Job Description

This national heavyweight is looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigator to work as part of their dedicated team that provides support to clients in the banking and financial services sector.

Candidates will need experience of asset finance, hire purchase or consumer finance, as well as a solid background in high quality commercial litigation. A good knowledge of the CPR, the Consumer Credit Act and the ability to lead a small team will also be required.
