Your work here will certainly challenge and reward you and you will enjoy advising and assisting clients in connection with the legal aspects of banking matters and leading and supporting banking transactions. Experience in acquisition finance, property finance, development finance, asset based lending, restructuring, refinancing and hedging would be ideal, although if you have not covered all areas then that may not be a problem.
You're likely to be working for a major UK, regional or City law firm. You will certainly care about the quality of your work and the value of your client base and must be able to deliver service in a way that encourages client loyalty and enhances your own reputation and that of the firm.
