Asset Finance Solicitor - Manchester

A leading Legal 100 firm is looking for an Asset Finance Solicitor to join its highly regarded Asset Finance team in Manchester. The team undertakes a variety of work from complex structured transactions to tax advice and advises on a number of specialist areas including funding of medical equipment and aviation finance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Asset Finance as you will be assisting on the financing of a variety of assets for a number of established banks and financial institutions.

You will have strong academics and have trained within a mid-large commercial law firm. Experience of bespoke and complex drafting is a pre-requisite.

The nature of the role and the salary band is likely to appeal to a Solicitor with upto 3 years PQE. Applications from Newly Qualified Solicitors with at least 6 months experience within Asset Finance are also welcome.
