Job Description

Private practice offering a full compliment of legal services to business and individuals requires an assistant corporate commercial solicitor with approximately 3 to 5 years` PQE. The role requires management of your own caseload of files in addition to support a senior partner within the firm. General corporate and commercial experience will have been gained with in a wide range of areas to include advising upon and drafting shareholder agreements, commercial sales and purchases of business, corporate restructuring, director and partnership agreements and the winding up of businesses.
