Job Description

A top US firm is looking for a Japan-qualified lawyer (Bengoshi) to join their expanding Tokyo office. The role, for a corporate/asset finance specialist with 3-6 years' PQE, will sit within their extremely well-regarded corporate group, whose international links and strong local presence have secured them high-end projects across the market.
The role requires you to be a Japan-qualified associate, proficient in corporate and M&A or asset finance law, and with superb technical and client skills to support your experience to date. You will be fluent in English, and able to communicate ideas to colleagues and clients alike.
