Job Description

A leading international firm is currently looking for an experienced mid-level associate to join their global finance practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a highly rated firm and work on ground breaking, innovative matters for top tier clients. You will be part of a friendly and informal team and provide legal advice in relation to various types of assets finance including aircraft, maritime, railways, infrastructure projects and defence assets.

You will need to have strong experience in cross-border and international financing transactions gained with a top tier firm. Specific experience of asset finance is not required, however, could be an advantage. Excellent academics and a real desire to specialise in this area is a must.
