Job title:: Solicitor in Commercial Dispute Resolution

Our Clients Commercial Dispute Resolution lawyers are renowned for handling high-value, complex, cross border disputes and litigation across a wide range of sectors. Using their award winning RAPID Resolution approach, they give their clients a greater control of their resources and reduced levels of risk. A team of dynamic and forward-thinking lawyers, we are focused on combining legal expertise and commercial problem solving to provide major clients with the guidance they need.
They have an opportunity for two, Newly Qualified up to two year PQE, Solicitors to join the CDR team in Cardiff.
Key responsibilities::
As an integral part of their CDR team you will provide support on a wide variety of transactions. You will also be encouraged to get involved in marketing activities.
Skills and experience::
You will possess strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications. They have a preference for people with CDR experience but accept people who express a clear desire and willingness to work in the area. You will need to be a team player, be self motivated and have a real desire for business development. In addition you will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as your high attention to detail. You will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
Key competencies::
You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload. A commitment of delivering quality service is essential, as is the ability to juggle the demands of a heavy workload.
