Job Description
Dispute resolution 2-4 years PQE. Our client's dispute resolution group is exceptionally busy and is keen to hear from good candidates.
The work involves predominantly High Court matters, but the department also handles domestic and international arbitrations (40-60% of the work), formal inquiries and inter-jurisdictional disputes.
The practice encompasses the whole range of commercial and financial disputes including defamation, insurance litigation, banking litigation, professional negligence, administrative law matters and proceedings for judicial review.
Applicants with a specialism in a particular area are welcome to apply and we would be able to offer them an opportunity to broaden their experience. We welcome applications from candidates qualified overseas, but please note that videoconferencing interviews will not be offered for this role, so candidates will need to be able to attend interviews in London.
