PERFECT PARTNER PROSPECT - SOLICITOR / LAWYER
PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE / INSURANCE LITIGATION

Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting for this well respected Commercial Insurance practice currently seeking a defendant professional indemnity / insurance litigation lawyer with particular exposure to construction professionals.
The FIRM has fantastic experience of representing professionals & their insurers facing professional negligence claims. The FIRM punches well above its weight & several of the partners are ranked as professional negligence specialists in Chambers UK guide.
The FIRM are instructed by most of the leading professional indemnity insurers and brokers and are well versed in the operation of the London insurance market. They also act in relation to coverage disputes on notification and other policy issues that may arise between insurer and insured.
To be successful YOU will:-
· Be at least 4PQE.
· Have gained experience at a top City/named regional law firm or niche practice with the sector.
· Have broad and good quality construction professionals negligence and related matters experience gained at a recognised practice.
· Be able to operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients.
· Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with a number of business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the TEAM.
· There is first class support, mentoring and training within the TEAM and FIRM as well in this instance a clear path to partnership for the right individual.
