THE PROPOSITION
Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3- 5 years high quality experience is now required by a major Channel Islands private practice law firm. Applications are invited from candidates who have City law firm experience in handling high profile and high value international disputes across a broad range of in dustry sectors. This is a Mid - Senior Associate appointment and requires strong litigation skills and a background of handling complex disputes. This opportunity is tailor made for an ambitious lawyer and could lead to an Advocacy appointment. For this reason, French language skills will be very beneficial. The ideal candidate will seek to commit to living and working in the Channel Islands longer term and not merely see the appointment as a stepping stone. For this appointment an extremely attractive salary plus benefits are available, along with an appropriate housing licence.
