COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR - BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
The Firm
Our client is a Legal 50 firm with over 150 years in legal practice and now employs over 1200 people in offices around the country. They are a full service law firm and invest time in order to build good working relationships with clients. They combine professional expertise with a personalised approach to deliver legal services to all their clients.
The Role
Our client is actively seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Solicitor or junior Associate to join their established Commercial Litigation team in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be managing a wide range of Commercial Litigation matters including contract disputes and professional negligence as well as supervising more junior members of the team and a pro-active role in business development activities.
About You
You must be a Solicitor with 3-8 years` PQE with specialist Commercial Litigation experience including high value litigation for large corporate entities including professional negligence and contract disputes and specific experience in ADR/arbitration.
You must be a team player and able to supervise other members of staff.
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience within a large national or regional commercial practice would be desirable.
