This well respected and well established firm in South Yorkshire are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to head up their Commercial Property offering. Being a firm who prides itself on excellent client relationships and business relationships that have been nurtured over many years, they have diverse client base, from OMBs and local SMEs to larger higher end agricultural clients.
The work on offer will be a broad mix of acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work along with development, site acquisition etc.
The firm are looking for someone at least 6 years PQE (but are open to level so long as you have the requisite experience) to handle an existing caseload of mainstream Commercial Property work and Agricultural Property matters also.
You should also have supervisory duties as you will be overseeing the work of 2 existing fee earners, with the potential for this to grow.
What is important is that you have excellent client care skills and ideally a good business network within the local business community. The firm are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have a keen interest in business development and have potential to grow the department.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
