Leading Agriculture team is looking for a Property specialist to join them and develop their career in this busy, ever-changing area of law.
Working with a market leading team you will advise a host of high value rural clients including landowners, agri-business, farm owners etc.
You will advise on land sales and purchases, acquisitions, L&T matters, as well as supporting other teams on property litigation and estate planning.
The role will suit a commercial property solicitor with 2+ years who has gained exposure to a rural client base or indeed has an interest in the area. Broad experience and the ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability will be key.
The role could also suit an experienced property based lawyer who is perhaps returning to work after a period of parental or any other leave and keen to reactivate their career in this dynamic, challenging environment.
