This outstanding south west practice continues to go from strength to strength and as part as their ongoing development an exciting opportunity for an Agricultural Lawyer has arisen.

Ideally our client is looking to appoint an experienced individual who already demonstrates a strong track record in agricultural and related contentious matters and is equally capable of undertaking a role that requires a strong focus on marketing.  Your expertise will ideally encompass agricultural tenancies and associated litigation as well as regulatory matters and you will have a full understanding of farming issues such as single farm payments, farm business tenancies and new developments such as solar energy and diversification.  Rural property knowledge is also required.

Already boasting an established client base, this practice is keen not to 'rest on their laurels' and wishes to maximise their already strong position in the market.  This is a wonderful opportunity to undertake a diverse caseload that will cover the full range of rural legal advice.
