Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor for Exeter .   This is a new and exciting opportunity within an ABS.  Much of the caseload will be generated by the other areas of the business.    Your Commercial Property experience must include sale, purchase, landlord, tenant, rent reviews and leasehold cases and you should be able to demonstrate previous experience working across a broad client portfolio for example, offices, shops, retail outlets, leisure industry  and manufacturing.   Individuals  should have a positive attitude and be prepared to help develop this new area of the business.   There is an amount of flexibility within this role and part  time or working from home would also be considered.    Salary guide c £40,000
