Job Description
This highly-regarded multi-office commercial firm is looking to appoint a senior Agricultural Solicitor with a contentious background and who is capable of marketing to an established and expanding client base. This post can be based from either their Somerset office or the Devon office. You will have from 5+ Years PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in the agricultural sector and, in particular, agricultural tenancies and associated litigation, as well as regulatory matters. You will have an extensive background knowledge of agriculture/farming and an understanding of farming issues such as single farm payments and farm business tenancies.
You will have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as part of the agricultural property team.
