Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - West Dorset (Commutable from Somerset & Wiltshire).

An established law firm in Dorset are currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Property Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing department. Due to an increase in workload the residential conveyancing property team are exceptionally busy and need a residential conveyancing solicitor to join the firm, handle their own caseload and hit the ground running with minimal supervision. You will be enthusiastic and determined in order to help the residential conveyancing department continue to grow and service its clients in a highly professional manner.

The residential conveyancing team handle purchases & sales - freehold and leasehold (including buy to let property), Mortgages & Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, drafting and granting of Leases & Tenancy Agreements, gifts of property and some agricultural matters as well.

To apply for the role you need to be a qualified solicitor, 4 years PQE and above specialising in residential conveyancing property matters. Knowledge of agricultural matters would be an advantage. Great prospects to hand for the successful candidate.
