AGRICULTURAL LAWYER - LANCASHIRE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Lawyer to join our clients` team in Lancashire. Our client is a leading North West practice which was established in the 1800s and has provided a wide range of quality legal services to both private individuals and businesses since their inception. They pride themselves on being professional, efficient and adopt a client-focussed approach to all instructions.
Our clients` Agricultural and Rural Matters department is headed by a partner of the firm and the staff are highly experienced with strong links to the rural communities in the region. Matters undertaken include grazing licences, disputed rights concerning land, farm business tenancies and sales and purchases of smallholdings, land and farms. You will be joining a highly successful and expanding team of specialist lawyers, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with complex Agricultural Law matters to the table. You will need to be a highly motivated, ambitious individual with an abundance of enthusiasm. This is a very exciting role which will offer the right candidate a varied and interesting caseload, and a thriving, dynamic department to work in.
