Real Estate/Property Solicitor - Herefordshire

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate/Property Solicitor for an exciting opportunity with growing Legal 500 regional practice.

Our client is already an established brand, but going forward they are looking to expand their offering in Herefordshire. They are particularly keen to develop the services they offer to their existing agricultural client base and are eager to grow their Private Client, Property and Commercial offerings.

The candidate we seek will be a Real Estate/Property Solicitor with upwards of 3 years PQE. In addition to having experience of handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, they will have experience of advising agricultural/rural clients. Strong business development skills would also be highly advantageous as the successful candidate will also be required to get involved in the marketing of the firm.
