Commercial Property/Agricultural Solicitor

We have just been exclusively instructed on this Agriculture / Commercial property role in the East Midlands.

We are seeking a Solicitor with experience in the commercial property field with also strong agricultural law experience for this excellent regional law firm. This practice has a thriving commercial property department which also specialises in rural matters and is at the heart of the local community, and working with some fascinating and quality clients. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take that next major career step to join this successful and growing law firm at an ideal stage in its development.

This is an appointment with a good deal of flexibility and the successful Candidate will have the opportunity to eventually over time play a leading role in the development of the Agricultural part of the Department, which is already very strong. You should have a minimum of 2 or 3 years+ broad Commercial Property / Agricultural experience and have a good understanding of the wide range of issues affecting the rural community. Candidates should have excellent Client facing skills and should have either developed a strong network of Contacts in the East Midlands or be willing to do so. You should be capable of working with a good deal of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed. The role is based in an excellent location. The firm is growing and with this growth comes the possibility therefore of early progression. Timing is vital with this role as the firm has a very interesting caseload and plenty of work that needs to be taken in hand.
