Estates & Private Property Solicitor, London This leading law firm is currently looking to recruit a talented solicitor to undertake all aspects of rural estates and property work. Having a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience of estate property work you will also have an interest in rural affairs, as well as a desire to develop property expertise within a very successful and highly regarded team. Your caseload will consist of Freehold/leasehold sales and purchases of principally agricultural and commercial property, leases of agricultural, commercial and rural residential property including sporting, mineral, utility and wind farm leases and general estate management work, such as easements, covenants, property disputes and first registrations.
